Login Problems


Are you having problems signing in? Select from the list below of common problems and follow the instructions provided. If these don't fix your problem, please contact the EITS Helpdesk.

1. Are you a new user?

Sign up now for a UGA MyID to gain access to UGAMail e-mail and personal web pages, the Student Portal, WebCT and other UGA services.

2. Forgot your MyID or password?

If you have forgotten your MyID or your password, or you'd like to change your password, please go to the MyID Homepage.

3. Your password may have expired.

Passwords for UGA MyIDs must be changed every six months. If it have been six months since you changed your password, then your access to UGA services may be blocked. To restore access, please go to the MyID Homepage and and follow the instructions to change your password.
